Welcome to Clandestine

An award-winning consultancy located in Austin, Texas and Singapore, Clandestine Product Development provides high-value creative services related to technology product development. We excel at finding solid, reliable solutions to complex design and engineering problems.

We operate on the simple premise that great design and engineering is a collaborative effort. Our multi-talented and multi-disciplinary team has the experience to tackle even the toughest product challenges and we work to ensure that you get the very best solutions possible.

Clandestine uses our diversity to positively affect every project we work on. Our truly global approach makes us a unique and excellent partner for your product development needs.

Our Culture

Clandestine is privileged to have built a business around a great group of people. Our team makes us tick, and they make our firm better everyday. We are designers and engineers, nurturers and confidants, thinkers and tinkerers. Nimble, sharp, and highly attentive, we really love what we do.

Being in Austin, a city we all love, we foster a culture of giving back to the community whenever possible. The Clandestine team has given talks and have been panelists on product development and entrepreneurship at SXSW, Austin Community College, the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders and The University of Texas at Austin. Our annual volunteering activities include the Junior League’s Coats for Kids, and Partnerships for Children’s Holiday Wishes.

Our Studio

Clandestine Product Development is located on historic South Congress Avenue, just 4 miles south of downtown Austin. The rapidly developing St Elmo district means that we’re walking distance to great restaurants, breweries, and other creative businesses.

We purchased our studio space in 2018 as an investment into our long term future. Our studio is a modern, creative environment that has all the technology needed for us to do great work; from the latest CAD packages, to a full service prototyping shop and of course, coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.

Upon graduation, he embarked on a product development career as a Mechanical Design Engineer, before founding Produktworks Design (now Clandestine Product Development) in 2008.
